Now, since there's no clear evidence ARTPOP is the most anticipated album of the year, would not be appropriate to take its possible worldwide phenomenon for granted. My question is, what might happen if the new album from Mother Monster flops hard or does not live up to the expected hype, or succeeds but sells much less than her previous efforts?
She seems to be putting a lot of effort in to it, so as long as it's a good album, I will not mind.
I have more of an issue with poorly crafted, uninspired albums, thrown together with no regard for quality.
