You make a good point. I could make a bunch of changes to the numbers I predicted, although the order is still the same.
I didn't include Britney because, first of all, I made that prediction before I heard Gimme More, and I wasn't sure if her first single would really be big enough to get more people on her side, and I'm still not sure if she'll have astounding first-week sales, because I'm afraid of what insane thing she'll do between now and November.
The numbers are low because, frankly, sales are sucking. Even though I can't stand the HSM franchise, I think that for something that was watched by 17.2 million people, 600k is a disappointment.
That's because most people probably downloaded it.
