Hmm... I mostly lurk and I don't remember anyone pointing this video out this past week and the video is from March 21st, 2013.

The interviewer asks Parker at 8:30: "Who are you currently working with?"
Parker responds with "Nicki Minaj, the forthcoming album. I think it'll be her third album. I've been working on that. Some great ideas I have got for that. I can't wait for you guys to hear that in particular."
(I might have a couple words off, because he doesn't have a mic/good mic.)

So, this kind of confirms that Nicki has started working on the third album or at least gathering some beats to begin the writing process. We kind of already knew that, but it is good to hear it from someone close to her.
