Having an ego and being humble are not contradictory. Everyone has an ego LOL. It's whether or not you're arrogant or feel that you are above is when you are not humble. P!nk isn't humble but she is talented and respectable. Britney is humble for sure. I think there are a few more humble artist out there though like Kelly Clarkson.
