In response to your comment earlier- i think Taylor needs to find her own lane. Ditch the bubblegum pop. It was fun to try it i guess but if she keeps doing this with her next albums i can`t see her lasting for very long. Also doing that crap they call country these days seems like a dumb idea. It would compromise the quality of her work. Songs like "Safe And Sound" "Holy Ground" "State Of Grace" seem like the right path to me. Indie-alt-folk? Its where she sounds the most comfortable and in her element. Pop thing comes across more forced than her country accent in the early days. I`d love her to become the next Joni Mitchell or Stevie Nicks over Dolly Parton anyway.

I agree with everything you said but we shall see the direction she takes next era. Hopefully the tour and a break before the next album will take care of most of the media issues.
