I haven't seen Dog With a Blog but A&A is pretty bad.
Jessie isn't THAT BAD, it has it's funny moments even though the introduction song is very annoying
EDIT: I'm very grateful that they started doing That's So Raven re-runs here, that show gives me L.I.F.E. They need to do a new sequel series for Raven.
Dog With A Blog is an all-time low for Disney, and I thought Shake It Up was going to hold that record for longer.
Long gone are the days of getting endless amounts of crap past the radar with That's So Raven, Suite Life and Wizards. I know they're all recent, but at least they were somewhat appealing to older people based on jokes that could fly over kid's heads. Now they seem to be only catering to 5 year old girls and it's painful.

I would pick Dog with a Blog just on the title alone, but I've actually had to sit through a full episode when I was babysitting once. How has children's television gotten so bad over the years, not that Disney has ever had a good show. But even the ones on Nickelodeon really suck too, especially the new Spongebob's.
