Beyonce. She represents the American dream had her own career before she met jay and shows young girls how to have a baby when your married and not before she is just a classy individual and doesn't take part in twitter wars or exploiting drug use she shows that you can make the music you want to do and still sell, and she sets the bar higher for what is considered a good performance. Rihanna is a singles girl and she been trying this ratchet image after beyonce been there done that and there is nothing new she contributes to music the only distinctive quality she has is her voice.

Rihanna is a far bigger iconic.
She has bigger hits, she sold more albums and she's overall a better artist.
