This is ****ing disgusting and appaling. There are no words for doing something like this. They covered him in tanning oil and then somebody set him on fire. THIS WAS NOT A PRANK GONE WRONG, THEY MUST HAVE KNOWN VERY WELL WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.
A prison sentence of 6 years or significantly more would have been absolutely justified here.
