Maybe you weren't making the right choices with your songs. I regret voting you off this round but voting you off when you submitted Jump? The only words most people know is the chorus, and the chorus definitely does not sound like a break-up song where they're happy to be leaving. You can't expect every single person voting to do research on the song. You were allowed to give an explanation that round and you chose to give zilch. That was your problem.
And yeah, the voting is about the song. If they don't like it they're allowed to vote it off. I got a 7 this round from a judge because it "wasn't his favorite song" or something. If judges can take off for music taste I'm sure that people voting can do the same if not more.
And I'm doing this game with Warrior, which is probably just as well-liked as Unapologetic (heck, even I don't like Warrior) and I'm doing fine. So maybe you should stop blaming the voters and start. blaming. YOURSELF.

The first annual ATRL Game Awards took place last March, 26th.
It is with such pleasure that I announce that this game, Choose The Album, Then a Song, received overall three awards. I wasn't really expecting this success, if you remember, I posted here, in this thread, twice about the award show, one for the nominees and other for voting, but that was it, I never expected you to take some time to show support.
I know the awards weren't a huge ceremony and the amount of votes probably wasn't huge, but it does mean a lot to be recognized by my hard work but that's the point, it's not just my hard work, you are the ones who build this game, I just update it, so I would like to dedicate the awards received to every and single one of you.
The game was awarded with the awards for: "Best Graphics in a Game" and the most important of them all "Best Overall Game".
I received the award for "The Best Host" and our very own judge, borntodie (Anna), received the award for "Most Consistent Player" in which her run in the second season was counted.
I would like to thank all the contestants that joined this game, from season one to season three; all the judges; all the voters, well, everyone who has been supporting. Thank you everyone who took the time to send a PM to vote for the game, it does mean a lot.
I know this is just a virtual game, but it does take time and commitment from all of us to make it happen. Thank you for all you put into this game, I know some of you get sad when you're eliminated or when you do less well, but this is just a game and I do appreciate all the efforts that you put into this.
