I don't see anyone, but the delusionals, being mad at her for not working. We just wanted a tweet like "Hey, I'm still alive and I'm recovering! I read your tweets, thank you sweeties. Love you". I don't think that should take that much of an effort, especially if she had the time to watch that Indonesian Monsters' birthday video and to retweet it.
Personally I think it's clear she's not tweeting for a reason.
