To be fair, I think it was totally understandable--her party tweet gave the initial idea, and then yesterday that sudden influx of #ARTPOP tweets by people working with her was either very mean teasing, or weirdly coincidental (or, perhaps we're getting something at 11:59 PM
). Maybe that party tweet originally meant she would announce it on her birthday, but that got ruined by the injury.
I hope she at least tweets a "thanks for the birthday wishes xoxo drinkin whisky tonight," I mean come on
