It was trippy and excellent, but I agree with the 2nd post. Bad Romance really did have a flawless video.
Edit: BR's video was out in 2009. It was celebrated at the 2010 VMAs. In that case, yes.

No. Certainly not.
Not when Telephone was released in 2010 as well as many other superior videos, and not when it's basically a rip off of MIA and Solange as has already been said.
I love the song though. I think it's my favourite Rihanna song.
