Lack of promo is not an excuse for Britney's sales. Justin's only UK promo was a performance at the Brits--over a month ago. And yet 20/20 outsold Femme Fatale's entire run in its first week. The fact of the matter is that some artists, like Britney and X, have shelf lives. There's no shame in that. Justin, without doubt, is much bigger than Britney, at home and abroad.
