Gary, Nicole, Sharon demand higher X Factor salary

Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger and possible returning judge, Sharon Osbourne, are looking to earn more money if they take part in this year’ series but ITV bosses are still not sure if their demands will be met.
Barlow, who took Simon Cowell’s place on the panel, is looking to boost his £1.5 million pay packet according to The Sun, while Scherzinger is hoping to strike a similar deal.
The former Pussycat Doll singer is thought to have earned £750,000 last series, but now wants the show to fly her own stylist and make-up team over from the US.
Meanwhile, Osbourne who left the show six years ago, is looking to earn the most and is allegedly hoping to be paid between £1.5million and £2million.
“Producers know it will cost significantly more than last year,” an insider told the newspaper.
"If there’s a hold-up, it could mean someone is not given a judging role and it’s back to the drawing board.”
According to a different source, ITV is keen not to increase the show’s £33million budget but boss Peter Fincham will meet with X Factor chief Richard Holloway tomorrow to discuss it further.
Really? They're demanding more money when they were the panel that made the ratings fall to their lowest ever? Meaning they're already making less revenue?
I'd understand if this was 2010 & the ratings had just peaked at 20 million, but this is 2013 where the ratings average less than 10 million
