Kesha isn't exactly known for her delicate, feminine style and we always thought that hardcore, in-your-face looks were more her thang... that is, until she was spotted wearing a floral dress at Los Angeles International Airport recently.
Ok, so it wasn't like she was dressed up for an elegant dinner party or anything but this look was quite a radical departure for Kesha. Sure, she's been seen wearing flowers before but never in quite such conventional fashion as on a summer dress!
That said, she might have been in a rush to catch her flight and have not quite looked at what she was wearing until it was too late and the paparazzi were already asking her to pose for the flashing cameras (or, more likely, just taking the pictures whether she posed or not.)
Such a theory would also explain the haphazard mismatched look, which, it turns out, works rather well.
We rather liked the way Kesha paired her dress with a pair of boyish Converse before wrapping her head in a silk scarf bandeau and making a mad dash for departures. She probably put that red lipstick on whilst still in the back of her car!
Kesha's best accessory had to be her huge, bug-eyed sunglasses. The sheer size of the things covered up half her face, making it impossible for us to tell whether or not she bothered to do her eye make-up or not.
Sneaky yet effective, nice work, Kesha.
Anyone would think she'd done this whole "jet set thing" before...
