I wouldn't say either is legit iconic, but in ATRL world it's the latter.

The skeleton/tuxedo/ponytail is distinctively Gaga look and more will have seen it than the pearly outfit.

Plus, the whole pink triangle/BTW intro inspired TOPSHOP window displays here in the UK. Impact.

The skeleton look may not be "iconic" by the GP. But when i went to the BTWB in Argentina, i saw at least 100 people dressed as skeleton Gaga

I wish she'd pushed it more, like done the BTW Grammy performance as the skeleton. It had so much potential to be a defining look for her, but just needed more exposure.

Hope she keeps that in mind for ARTPOP in terms of creating new iconic looks. She goes through so many different outfits/styles that if she wants something to truly stick, it needs to be emphasised.

We're the biggest fanbase on Earth, so don't tell me we can't do it - this would be the perfect way to show appreciation for her during illness and on her birthday that would make a big enough impact for her to notice.

I''m serious about this guys, I think a Marry the Night day or week is a good idea for many, many reasons.

Because nobody's here, I'll write up my idea in a simplified format.

Marry the Night Event

Purpose: Get MTN to re-chart, hopefully in the top ten

Procedure: Trend #WatchMarrytheNight globally on Twitter, watch the video, watch the audio video, and stream on Spotify and Rhapsody

Reason: Gaga's birthday, support for her work while she's sick, etc.

When: Starting tomorrow or Thursday (her actual birthday), through this Sunday (if possible since it's Easter)

I'll watch the video and stream it

I thought people would have this mentality - but it's not!

That's the crazy part - a couple months ago this would be so insanely impossible that it would be pointless to even consider. But with the new streaming weight on the Hot 100 is would be so easy for a fanbase of this size if we could mobilize properly! 103 million streams total brought the Harlem Shake to a lead over the very strong #2 by a magnitude of 3.5 times. A mere fraction of that, even a tenth, could launch it at #10. At 28 million streams this week with almost no radio airplay and weakening sales, HS still holds at #1 with a decent lead. The #2 song only has 9.5 million streams, showing what the average would be for the top streaming song. This fanbase, if it wanted to, could easily outdo that. I'm not suggesting some psychotic #1 re-entry, just a modest #10 as our goal.
