and as for Dre, i'm glad he's inspired but that mofo better hurry up with Detox! it's been 12 years since Chronic 2001 and 8 years since his one line cameo on The Game's "Higher". "i need a doctor" "kush" "three kings" "the recipe" - only four dre featured tracks i've heard since his hiatus. thanks Em, for getting dre's ass back in the studio!

Next year, I think a lot of the artists that debuted in 2012 will continue to build on themselves. I'm expecting breakthroughs for Kendrick Lamar & Ed Sheeran, specifically.

Also, the eras of Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake & Bey will still be happening for awards season & such.
