I like Ariana Grande, but her commitment to Sam & Cat will keep her from really going out and promoting her material like she needs to. She has to remain close to the studios until filming is done.
Victoria Justice is really giving her biggest shot at breaking out. She toured once, quite successfully, and will tour again this June, AND is also working on her OWN material separate from anything she did with Nick. To me, Victoria still has the best chance.
Miranda Cosgrove is a college student so I'll give her the benefit of a few years. She still works every once in while, like James Franco who is also a college student now, so we'll see with Miranda.
