Because the last WW promo she got was in early 2010 and all of her WW releases are always delayed except Heart Attack.
Things to take note of :
- She has sold 2.3 million albums worlwide
- Three US top ten albums
- Her penultimate single Love You Like A Love Song charted at #22 on the Hot 100 & is 2x platinum.
- Her latest single Hit The Lights is uncertified & failed to chart
- She is releasing a new single in April
