The label would have to spend $400,000 buying their own album if they wanted to give it the extra 30k that would push it past a million...most of that money would go back to them anyway so I wouldn't be surprised if the final number was over 1m, if it's this close.
Nope, lots of money from that sum will go to distributors, retailers... basically all the middle-men.
