The photos are from a British source, they have laws against running unauthorized photos of celebrity children so with British stars especially, the UK media will just blur out their faces to avoid legal action. Unless it's someone who offers the media fairly regular access to photos of their children like the Beckhams, and then you'll see unblurred shots. In America there aren't the same rules so you see photos of Suri and the Garner-Affleck kids all the time.
