And still to this day you have girl groups and even solo artists citing DC as an influence.
Spice Girls had more impact, they set the blue print for every girl band to follow. Destiny's Child just emulated what most girl groups had achieved before them (the supremes etc)
Spice Girls, not only they started the whole Spice Mania thing, led to 90's teen pop exploding but they're else just iconic for ALL of their members. Wannabe alone ***** on any DC song on a global level. DC only have more years than them, but as far as the peaks go...
