Harmony's always been paid dust by the Academy; even though 'Kids' was one of the best movies of 1995, he wasn't nominated for Best Screenplay (the only awards it won were Independent Spirit Awards - which Spring Breakers could have a shot at).

He probably wasn't nominated for Best Screenplay for 'Kids' because the majority of the film was completely improvised.
