Because mine did three days ago and just again today. I'm really at a lost at what to do because i uninstalled it the first time and it still crashed three days later. Also when I'm adding my albums back into iTunes this time it's making duplicates of the music files. I really don't know what to do? My computer lost like 8gb just from me adding music back into my iTunes. can anyone help me?

I'd try moving your music to an external HDD, reinstalling iTunes and then adding the music back to your computer and then back into iTunes leaving an duplicates on your HDD and deleting them.

If that doesn't work, try doing the same but under a new User account in Windows/Mac. I had to do that once.

If that doesn't work, cry, vent, cry some more, curse Apple and then try again.

My iTunes used to do this ALL THE TIME. I lost so many plays from when I stanned for Britney (15k+)

Although it only started to happen when my laptop had a bunch of other problems and was pretty old. It hasn't happened once with my new one thank god.
