Right. There are tons (understatement) of people who have downloaded music and movies illegally and a lot of it has been RECORDED (when people get those emails from ISP telling them to stop downloading music/movies and it even names the movie or album you downloaded, just one example), so they should not be singling out this one person. They need to get every damn body they have on record.
