it´s easy to answer that:
1. some albums (like stripped, missundastood and come away with me) were released BEFORE mediatraffic started measuring album sales (1.1.2003)...stripped for example sold 2,5 millions during 2002..
2. they only measure sales with albums that is within top 40 worldwide, which means alot of albums, esp around 2003-2004, could sell alot while staying right outside top 40
so stripped is 9,5-10 millions, breakaway is 11 millions etc..
