Neither are very influential in the first place. And FS/LS did NOT have great impact in any manner same goes for Blackout.
As Rivington said, the (little) impact they have are different - non-comparable.
Yes it had a great impact. The electronic sound was unique at the time it was released. After 2007 a lot of artist started to use those elements... Justin started it.
