I can't imagine why. Girls and gays do get along just fine, for the most part. And I'm finding it difficult to not play favorites since I vowed to stan for each 1D member equally.

Have you ever visited tumblr? A bunch of straight girls fantasizing over the possibility that the boys are gays and in a relationship with any other boy in the band. So no, it's not weird ahaha I actually love that they are really that open minded to not care about the boys sexuality, most of teenagers are afraid of the possibility that their idols could be gays

Yes, it's pretty weird but I've seen it before. When bands like Panic! At The Disco were huge girls loved to fan fic about them. Girls did that with Harry Potter as well..
