Yes I believe it is a form of bullying and I'm trying my best to refrain from doing it and better myself.

To me, yes. I personally dragging is more to funny/jokingly .But, if making fun of someone's disability is not dragging, its bullying .The two words meaning is close but yet easily distinctive under circumstances.

Actually no. It's not like all the celebrities we drag are members on this site. If they don't read it, I don't think there's any harm done. No Holds Barred was bullying though.
