Problem is then yet wasn't Soundscan who does weekly sales counting, so MJ effect is not really confirmed, those numbers can be post Grammy's shipments (although i think probably it passed 1M weekly retail sales).
But Adele definitely have biggest effect in Soundscan era (1991-present).
