But no, songs like Our Song, Fifteen & ours will be included IMO

Like I speculated earlier on tumblr, I think maybe when someone saw "I Almost Do/15/White Horse/Ours" it probably wasn't written that way to mean Medley, maybe she is rotating the songs each night she does a different one.
