There's actually a lot of really good ones but this one stands out the most in my memory as I'm currently 20 years old. I've watched this growing up and into my adulthood and still find it to be good and a valuable film to teach kids a lesson without being too dumb and preachy. It's mature enough for adults to enjoy but still simple enough for kids to learn from. This gem coming on Disney Channel is one of the highlights of Black History month.
Hocus Pocus is in second with Halloweentown and Brink probably my next favorites.

The Color of Friendship is iconic
I think my favorite would have to be Halloweentown.
Zenon & Zenon: The Zequel, The Thirteenth Year, Brink ( I loved that movie), Smart House, Phantom of the Megaplex, Double Teamed (completely forgot about that one), Cadet Kelly, and Get a Clue are all so amazing. I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting.
