Bey is known more as an entertainer and a talented actress (represented by the photo of her below from the hit film Cadillac Records), but Bruno Mars is known more for his songwriting and effortless hit-making.
Bruno Mars, I know a lot here will disagree but he's a song-writer, producer and Multi-instrumentalist , add to that he's a great live performer and singer.

Love both but in all honesty Bruno Mars, he is a singer, song-writer, producer, he can multiple instruments, he's a great dancer and one of the Greatest Performers of our Generation; the man's talent is only rivaled by the like of Michael Jackson and Prince in my opinion.
I was going to vote for Bey, but after reading this thread I'm going with Bruno () 'cause I simply didn't know that much from him or his talents. I prefer Bey's music tho.
