Hmm... I'm not sure. Moves Like Jagger was bigger, but the only memorable part is Xtina's part. Gaga and Bey's parts are both famous. I say it's equal.

Anyway, "Moves Like Jagger" will be remembered a bit more. Huge hit for Maroon 5, nice comeback to slay the charts and to continue that with multiple hits afterwards. 6 million (almost?) copies sold and I still hear it on the radio. It'll have nice recurrent value. "Telephone" will be a nice highlight for Gaga (and maybe Bey) when looking back at the better times of her career.
