Lady Gaga imo. I know Ke$ha is probably less popular than her now, but Lady Gaga was much more popular than Ke$ha at her peak, so the amount she's faded is more imo.

Justin Bieber I think has hardly faded really. He's still borderline phenomenon level imo, and will be for quite a while I think. The media are never going to stop reporting on him.

We can't measure Gaga's popularity now because she's not doing anything for which to be popular.

Ke$ha and Bieber are in active eras and their current standing is clear.

I didn't know being deemed the most famous celebrity in the world by Guinness Book Of World Records in 2012, having the best selling celebrity fragrance of 2012, having the best selling magazine cover of 2012, and earning a place in the top 25 highest grossing tour of all time (with an unfinished tour and no album out) counted as fading. Hmmm.

Sadly, it's Ke$ha. She was obviously never on the same level of success as Gaga, but she was still a dominant force in the music world at least from late 2009 to early 2011. All of her songs were hits until "C'mon" came around this year. Animal + Cannibal sold around 3 million worldwide, which is nothing "bad" by any means. Again, while she doesn't have the massive selling power of Lady Gaga, people were still buying her records at a substantial rate. For someone who was rather poorly received by the public, she did pretty damn well when I think about.

Judas was a top ten hit.

Kesha is definitely fading. Her album sales for Warrior is definitely flopping. Even with a massive lead single she cant bring Cmon to top10 thats pretty mich reconfirm that she is fading. No one buys her album as well as her latest single.

It's not all about singles, contrary to what Rihanna fans think. Gaga's singles did ok, while her album, tour, fragrance etc did amazing (miles better than her contemporaries)
