Im of Afro-Caribbean descent and im PROUD of that fact. I know all my history, of how our ancestors were made to be slaves, etc. Yet i've always been told, and from my own experiences, i believe BLACK to be superior. I look at our race as unique and strong, having been subjected to long periods of discrimination and still are, to this day.

Does this make me a racist? Because i have a definitive view of the world and see myself as stronger and essentially, greater than the other races (whom i have great admiration and respect for). Does anyone else share this particular view?

Yes You essentially view yourself and your race to be better than other races, hence your racism.

I think a common misconception about racism is that people think only white people are capable of being racist, when in fact each and every race is racist towards others and themselves (self hatred).

Everyone is racist though whether it's a minor or plain out hate.

I think it's wonderful that you're proud of heritage, I know I am, but don't let that pride turn into a close minded situation where you belittle other races
