All the people referring to this woman as a "he" or saying "he's practically a man anyway" should be warned and should be ashamed of themselves. Gender and sex are NOT the strict binary we are told they are by society, in fact one out of every 250 people are born intersex (both sexual organs). This WOMAN was born inside the body of a man and took the steps to ensure she could live her life happy and fulfilled. She is 100% a WOMAN and should compete against women if that's what the particular sport she's in mandates. Saying she has advantages ignores the fact that other women may be born with a higher muscle content than the average man for whatever reason, there are many women who are infinitely faster and stronger than men.

That's pretty unfair considering he retains his bone structure/skeletal frame and hormone replacement theraphy has benefits like decreasing chances of osteoporosis or hypertension even if he ages as a woman.
