Partly but its like 1/16 of her success since MOTS and AGLM screams beyonce eventhough rihanna found a way to make that style and mold on her own but the critics were still bashing her for having similarities with beyonce. She later found the real success of her own when she breakout with her own sound and style

in terms of image i can see why people would refer to rih as a bey clone (pre gggb) but sonically she was already deviating greatly from beyonce by her second album.
