I think the votes of MTVLA Center do count, because as I said a few weeks ago, a video that's only on MTVLA Center can't debut, but a video that's only in MTVLA North's voting list can debut.

No! actually that's the bad thing. I gotta admit that I pretty much like "Don't Stop the Music", I hope MTV plays the music video a lot until I hate it.
