I don't see anything wrong with his face ... Maybe the cheekbones are showing more now, but that what happens when you loose some weight. I'm naturally slim too and i can't gain weight even if i eat fast food everyday and it doesn't mean that im doing drugs or that im sick. He'll gain weight sheesh
