Demi never got the same amount of promo as Selena did in her whole career. She was pretty much paid dust before GYHAB
NONE of her singles were sent to radio or were even promoted enough yet they all managed to go gold and some, almost platinum (peaking higher than most of Selena's singles)
I don't get why Selena fans always deny the fact that Justin made Selena more relevant. Isn't it obvious? More people looked up Justin Bieber's gf on google... all of her candids with Bieber always made the headlines. And about Carly, at least she's known because of Bieber
Demi will continue to make music & her relevancy has only been increasing so, my vote goes to her
