Rihanna's moves, as simple as they are, exude some natural sexuality/excitement of seeing.. while watching Gaga pushing super hard to look epic while dancing is kind of comical.
Gaga is overall better but only because she just dances more in general.
Rihanna has more natural "swagger" about her and can interpret a bit more where as Gaga's choreography is much more complex.
