I hate to be stuck on that, but if I made a topic it'd get locked and people would troll it, so I just decided to ask those who know best.
I read somewhere it was because she was trying to hide the drugs in her for a drug test, but idk.

It wasn't because of a drug test. She wasn't ordered to do drug tests until right before she lost custody of the children 7 months after the head shave, so she was free to roll up at the time.
