ATRL is so two-faced with this "global" thing

Shakira is hugeee outside english speaking countries, that's what yall consider global for the average popstar.

Also, why is everyone acting like she's a complete nonfactor in the US/UK and never had a hit there?

Even Waka Waka sold +1m.
