It's Justin Timberlake's song... he is mainstream by default
Anything he will put out will always get huge spins and recognition, no matter what (and especially after such a long break).
Plus this is the week he starts to heavily promote his incoming album for real, with SNL and the entire week on late night tv which will follow, so anytime radio have something to say about him, they will spin the song to accompany what they are saying about him.
His song(s) all will get a huge pump and I take it for granted he will sell at least 450.000 copies of the 20/20 experience first week.
I don't see anything strange in his song being among the hugest gainers consistently since it came on.
I personally still not into Suit & Tie that much, (Mirrors is way better), but I would be worn off and shocked if it weren't doing well on radio, or being a fairly consistent seller.
Justin is obviously here to stay.
