For foreign policy, yes. OBL is dead, Iraq war is Over, Afghanistan war will be over next year, Gaza/Israel crisis handled OK, Gaddafi is dead.
For domestic policy, hell no. Obamacare is a mess. Stimulus was pointless. It just doubled the debt for no reason. The bailout should have came as a loan that the Wall Street fat cats have to pay back, dont know why it was a blank check to the banks. He should have focused on jobs from the start.
