PF:RR wasn't a bad album at all its format and handling is what did it in. It should of been a double disc with a different lead single. People do the most with this album
The album is not the issue. It's the Era in general that was messed up. (Single releases, bad performances, low album sales "at that time", and the biggest of them all THE BACKLASH)
Another issue is that some people didn't think it felt like a Nicki Minaj piece of work.
Lets look at Rihanna. Every album is different. Every album has a different theme to it. BUT you can tell that it's something Rihanna would do. With RR, it just didn't like Nicki was there most of the time.

Probably because something like Automatic isn't something Nicki would do.
Like I was a Britney stan for over a decade and I could tell that Circus was a Britney album and FF wasn't.
I just want everything to be CLEAN and crisp this era, when it comes to the way it's handled.
I don't want any push backs, or anything. I want everything perfect.
I don't think it'll get pushed back and it will be handled right. PF, RR, and The Re-Up were all announced before she started working on them. This time she should start the new era when the album is done or almost done and things will be better.
Nicki herself said she freestyled most of the album because she didn't have the time to re-write her verses.

Yet she did do it, and performed it a dozen times on both tours...
We get that. But lets say Automatic leaked out of nowhere before the album was out. People would obviously here her voice, but won't think of it like it's something that'll be promoted, etc. They would be like, "This is just some joke Nicki must've did because she was bored". They wouldn't take it serious at all.
