Looking at those views, it probably would have gone #1 way earlier than it did under these new Hot 100 rules I guess it would have also depended on the weekly views of RITD and PRA as well.

Androo... you must;ve missed my other msg to you questioning why you so quickly believe nearly everything you see relate to Katy's next album... my tweet is not about Katy's next album or anything "Katy news." It's a contest for my website. But had you either asked me or briefly skimmed over my other tweets, you'd have known that.

Even if I have "inside scoop Katy news"... I'm not one to just blurt it out. Either I hint (which I've done) or say nothing at all.
