Anyhoo I don't see why people say The Cookbook flopped. Compared to This Is Not A Test, it did extremely well. She has been able to pick herself up from a mediocre album and get back on track. This Is Not A Test was extremely plain for a Missy and Timbo effort. Maybe they've just both lost the chemistry to work with each other? They are close and they both understand each other. Before people go slandering Tim over a statement that he has made (which IS media biased), they may overlook that Missy feels the same way he does. I know that Tim has an inflated ego after all his success (and I don't blame him one bit), but he would never ditch a close friend like that.
However, all of this could be ******** and just another way to get us talking about Missy. We get all disappointed and stress over why Tim ain't working with her, while they are really in fact working in the studio cooking up a storm.
Either way, I await her new material, Timbaland or not. She has made herself, he hasn't made her.
