And here are the facts. The Navi is obsessed with those #1 singles because that's all Rihanna has. Both Gaga and Rihanna have sold a similar amount of albums. The difference being that Gaga has released two full albums while Rihanna has released seven. The same can be applied to awards, similar number, Gaga four years, Rihanna seven. Gaga's averages trump Rihanna's.

Yet they didn't mention anyone else being in the running for that title. The Navi needs to learn that "arguably" denotes an opinion, not negates the facts. I would say Rolling Stone's opinion is pretty important.
